Individual daily decisions and actions drive every day. These actions become a daily routine. According to Merriam-Webster, a routine is a regular course or procedure. In other words, a routine is the typical day-to-day plan of action that can be beneficial or detrimental to one’s well-being.
Self-awareness of habits and daily routine must be assessed to ensure that your way benefits your well-being. A daily routine can be established as a morning or
evening routine. The decision of when to enforce each routine depends on one’s peak level of performance. In addition, both the morning and evening routines are interdependent to attain an optimal level of health. One way will be used for preparation, while the other is used to take action.

How To Create a Successful Morning and Evening Routine

Know Thyself: To be well, determine what is needed. The first step to discovering this is to ask oneself a few questions. Am I a night owl or a morning bird? When do I feel most energetic? When do I feel the most tired? How do I like to start my day? How do you want to end my day? What area in my wellness journey needs attention? Do I know what the different levels of wellness are?

Take a Look at Your Current Routine: Whether you realize this or not, you already have an established routine. Assess whether this current routine needs to be eliminated or enhanced based on whether it benefits or depletes your well-being.
Choose an A.M. or P.M. Routine: You are now aware of your well-being needs and the time of day you reach your peak level of performance. Now, you can establish your goals and choose which time of day to EXECUTE!
