Many of us feel a bit more freedom now that the heaviest COVID-19 restrictions are behind us. We’re dining out and hosting family dinners while others are still in varying degrees of quarantine mode, at home negotiating with the refrigerator and a pantry full of snacks. Whether dining out or snacking at home, pandemic pounds are a reality for many of us, myself included. The stress, anxiety, and depressive emotions around weight gain only adds to the
social and emotional challenges we’re experiencing from the pandemic itself.
