Once again, the utmost romantic time of the year is here with us! February embraces an exceptional place in the history of love. Love is in the air. You can see hearts everywhere, malls and shops are full of Valentine decorations and cards, love songs played on radios, and advertisements are full of red hearts and messages reminding people to say “ I Love you”. But February is more than just celebrating love; it is the impeccable time to think through matters of the actual heart. It is time to show your heart some love. This month prompts us to take care of our heart as it is considered by the American Heart Association as American Heart Month. It is the month that is allocated to raise awareness regarding heart disease and prevention.
