How to Reclaim Your Productivity

When talking about productivity we generally think about output, how much work we’ve done and our contributions to those we serve. As high functioning multitasking individuals’ nurses often lose sight of being purposeful in our
productivity and it quickly changes in to simply being busy or we realize six months down the road that we have joined the hustle culture. We become more prone to errors at work, our creativity is buried, and innovation looks like
a thing of past. A study published in 2017, found that nurses don’t always translate their knowledge of proper men tal health, physical health, and healthy relationships into theirpersonal lives (Ross, A. et al.)
