Mental Health Awareness, Understanding, and Treatment

Mental health is wealth, especially during Mental Health Awareness Month. Mental Health Awareness Month isn’t just about creating an awareness though, it’s about breaking down the stigmas surrounding mental health issues and opening up a dialogue for understanding. It’s an opportunity for those suffering to feel heard, feel understood, and to feel safe. It’s an opportunity to destigmatize and to normalize. Normalize mental health issues and concerns and more importantly, normalize seeking help and treatment.
