Summer is here and we’re all looking for ways to have fun, connect with family, and make up for the time we’ve lost. As we begin to get out more and focus on summertime fun it’s time for us to take some much-needed time to connect with ourselves and work on our own wellness. As a woman on the rise, Summer often reminds us to slow down and take in the beauty of the season. Summer reminds us there is so much happening outside of our homes and we get to explore all the world has to offer, we try new recipes, eat seasonal fruit, sip lemonade on the deck with friends, watch the kids play in the pool, and celebrate being able to enjoy the outdoors.
