Let’s talk about something that we have all experienced at some point in our lives. Pain… it can be acute, meaning it has been around for a short time or chronic which means you have had the pain for six months or greater. Pain can occur from injuries, aging, or be idiopathic. Being idiopathic means there is no known reason for it starting. Pain can affect all aspects of your life. Pain can affect your ability to enjoy things, activities of daily living, and the ability to work
